AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Standard shipping within Australia will take approximately  5-7 days. For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post.

We will provide you with an Australia Post tracking number for any circumstance where your order has not arrived, please contact Australia Post directly and reference the tracking number.

LOCAL PICK UP

Our local pick up locations have no part in the sales of our products. These locations are purely for collection purposes and your online order confirmation will need to provided at collection. Should there be any issue or problems with your order please contact us directly.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. As this product is a cosmetic product containing moisture, there will strictly NO returns or refunds will be one product seal is broken.

Returns and refunds will only be CONSIDERED under circumstances in which the product has arrived faulty or damaged. 

Damages and issues.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Pictures of damages will need to be provided.

No change of mind policy.

There will be no exchanges or refunds simply because you have had a change of mind. 

Storage and handling of products.

In circumstances where storage and handling instructions on the packaging of the product have not been followed correctly and damages have occurred to packaging or product; no refund or exchange will be considered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.I f your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
